Mediation
You do not have to go to Court to decide every legal issue. If you and your ex want to work together, you can mediate. Mediation, as used in law, is a form of alternative dispute resolution resolving disputes between two or more parties with concrete effects. Typically, a third party, the mediator, assists the parties to negotiate a settlement. Mediation will allow parties to keep costs reasonable by not having to pay substantial amount in legal fees and you no longer have to be stuck for months or years to end your disputes.
